An optional peace of mind guarantee for our clients

While Hunt & Palmer always strive to offer a highly efficient service, occasionally delays and cancellations can be caused by circumstances beyond our control. To help ensure peace of mind we offer Flightprotect Global, our aircraft charter guarantee.

If your chartered aircraft is delayed for more than six hours due to a technical fault, having Flightprotect Global means we will immediately independently source equipment or aircraft from an alternative operator, up to a maximum cost equal to 100% of the original charter price.

Or if an airline contracted to operate your private charter flight ceases trading due to financial failure, having Flightprotect Global means we can source an alternative carrier to operate your flight for up to 100% of the original charter price, subject to the terms and conditions of the scheme.
